New to TryOnify? Follow this sequence to get live quickly.
Install TryOnify from the Shopify App Store, approve the requested permissions, and start using the app.
In TryOnify, create a Trial Plan and select the products you want to support first. Next, review the Settings to ensure your store is protected from fraudsters.
Activate the TryOnify app in your store's theme. The purchase option will only show on PDP's for products in your Trial Plan.

Before you start
Prerequisites:
Shopify Admin privileges to install apps and manage settings.
Theme Access (Online Store → Themes) to enable app embeds or add blocks/sections.
Common questions
Most often, the widget is disabled in your theme, placed on a template you’re not using, or the product isn’t supported yet.
You can enable TryOnify for specific products and update that list as your catalog changes.
Yes. Placement is typically controlled in your theme editor where you add the TryOnify embed/block, and in TryOnify’s appearance settings (if available).
TryOnify provides reporting to help you understand usage and outcomes. Use this to validate your launch and optimize placement.
TryOnify billing is managed through Shopify. You can view charges and approve plan changes from your Shopify admin.
